  I lived there with my mother for about 8 months, great neighbors, great pool, grounds are well kept. They are rather small though, all they have going is they do look nice. My big issue was getting the office to send people out for repairs or problems. Half the time they came immediately, half the time no one showed at all and had to be called and reminded. During the summer of 17 the air conditioner would stop working at about 12pm or so. It would blow air but it wouldn't get cold. Throughout the day up until about 8pm it would turn into an oven. It would get a little over 80 in there all day, luckily this summer wasn't too hot. They came out 2 or 3 times I believe and after the last time they said they just don't know what was causing it and never came back. I stopped harassing them about it after it started getting colder outside. There were multiple times where two small children were here and they're sweating like crazy because of the temperatures. It was miserable for everyone. I don't know anything about air conditioning or what would cause that, but to think my mom would pay $895 a month for an apartment that is not only super small, but has an issue like that and the office would rather just hope it goes away than really dive into the problem. She is probably moving once the lease it up. Management is very weak here, Im curious what this place looks like in another 5 years.
  They're pretty apartments from the outside but I would suggest you take in the nice sights and keep driving.

  We loved this Place! Grounds always kept very nice and trash free, any thing broke or needed repair they fixed promptly. Mail service was the best Ever! Nice closet storage room. Had no complaints about anything. Staff, Danielle, Amy and Sharon were the Great! Always nice and helpful. Thanks to them our rental stay there was wonderful.
